Have you ever found yourself with just way too many choices? Some would call it an ’embarrassment of riches’ For me it was simply confusing. Which path to choose? Which desire to nourish? 

Decisions, decisions, decisions and all of them simply a pea soup fog in my mind. Denis allowed me to see through the fog when he wrote a simple suggestion which I shall poorly paraphrase; desire ‘one step at a time’ enlightenment.

Suddenly I was no longer concerned with ultimate reality. I was perfectly content to live here and now doing what was needed for today. Nirvana, samsara, this master or that teacher… no longer mattered.

What matters is that today I try, perhaps even succeed,
to live a life devoted to,
